Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Trust Your Work website, training platform, memberships, coaching services, merchandise, and related features.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing training content, using coaching services, or otherwise using Trust Your Work, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform or purchase its services.
Memberships
Recurring monthly access.
Paid memberships may renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
Membership benefits may vary by plan. Features, training content, coaching access, and other benefits available under each membership are described on the applicable pricing or membership page.
You are responsible for keeping your billing and account information accurate and current.
Training Content
Trust Your Work training programs, drills, videos, written materials, graphics, program structures, and other content are provided for personal training and educational use.
Membership does not transfer ownership of Trust Your Work content or grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit platform materials without authorization.
Account Use
Accounts are intended for the registered member and should not be shared with others unless Trust Your Work expressly permits it.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Trust Your Work may restrict or terminate access in cases of fraud, abusive behavior, unauthorized account sharing, misuse of content, or violation of these terms.
Physical Activity
Training involves physical risk.
Basketball training and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including soreness, falls, collisions, overuse, and other injuries.
You are responsible for determining whether exercises, workouts, drills, or training activities are appropriate for you and for using suitable space, equipment, supervision, and judgment while training.
Stop training and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, injury, or another condition that makes continued activity unsafe.
Youth Athletes
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors using Trust Your Work and determining whether training activities, memberships, coaching services, and purchases are appropriate for them.
Coaching Services
Online coaching may include film review, personalized feedback, training recommendations, communication, and other services described under the applicable coaching plan.
Coaching recommendations are intended to support player development but do not guarantee specific playing time, scholarships, roster positions, performance outcomes, or other basketball results.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers.
Subscription cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Trust Your Work Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Additional terms may apply to physical merchandise, shipping, returns, exchanges, or limited releases.
Platform Availability
We aim to keep Trust Your Work available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Features may occasionally be changed, updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as the platform evolves.
Changes to These Terms
Trust Your Work may update these Terms of Service as the platform, memberships, services, or legal requirements change.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
